Respect for others

A skier or snowboarder must behave in such a way that he does not endanger or prejudice others.

滑雪者都要遵守的首要规则，不要做出会损害他人或致使他人受伤的行为。

Control of speed and skiing or snowboarding

A skier or snowboarder must move in control. He must adapt his speed and manner of skiing or snowboarding to his personal ability and to the prevailing conditions of terrain, snow and weather as well as to the densityof traffic.

滑雪者必须在自己可控的范围内滑雪。

他（她）的滑行速度、技巧、招式必须符合本人的能力和滑雪水平，还要根据天气、地势、雪况、场地人口密度进行调整。

 Choice of route

A skier or snowboarder coming from behind must choose his route in such a way that he does not endanger skiers or snowboarders ahead.

凡是先来后到，滑在前方的滑雪者拥有赛道的优先使用权，所以后面的滑雪者要选择不危及到前方滑雪者的线路进行滑行。

Overtaking

A skier or snowboarder may overtake another skier or snowboarder above or below and to the right or to the left provided that he leaves enough space for the overtaken skier or snowboarder to make any voluntary or involuntary movement.

滑雪者可以从上方、下方、左侧、右侧超过前面的人，看你们自己的本事。无论你采用哪种方式，要跟前者保持安全的距离，避免发生碰撞。

Entering, starting and moving upwards

A skier or snowboarder entering a marked run, starting again after stopping or moving upwards on the slopes must look up and down the slopes that he can do so without endangering himself or others.

如果你在滑雪的中途想要稍作休息或者想重新开始，当你攀爬上坡时，务必保证你选的路不危及自己及其他人的安全。

Stopping on the slope

Unless absolutely necessary, a skier or snowboarder must avoid stopping on the slope in narrow places or where visibility is restricted. After a fall in such a place, a skier or snowboarder must move and clear of the slope as soon as possible.

除非万不得已，否则滑雪者要尽量避免停留在赛道、狭窄的雪道以及视野不好的地方。若经过以上的地点，请尽快离开。

Climbing and descending on foot

A skier or snowboarder either climbing or descending on foot must keep to the side of the slope.

滑雪者不管是攀爬上坡还是下行，要走在雪道的两侧。

Respect for signs and markings

A skier or snowboarder must respect all signs and markings.

请滑雪者重视起滑雪场的信号牌、指示牌和指示物。

Assistance

At accidents, every skier or snowboarder is duty bound to assist.、

一旦发生事故，请滑雪者尽可能帮助受伤的人。

事故发生的时候，你可以做的事情有以下几方面：

①保护伤者和确保事故区域的安全。如有必要的话，可以让人到附近提醒其他滑雪者。

②通知雪场的救援人员或工作人员，并提供正确的情报（地点、伤势、伤员等）

③如果你有一定的医护知识，可以先评估一下伤者的受伤情况进行急救。

Identification

Every skier or snowboarder and witness, whether a responsible party or not, must exchange names and addresses following an accident.

事故相关的滑雪者和目击者，无论你是否有相关责任，都要彼此留下联系方式。
