Bucharest Golf Club is situated approximately 25 minutes north of Bucharest, the capital of Romania, and only 15 minutes from the airport. It is one of the few 18-hole golf clubs in Romania and the only one in Bucharest.
The course features stunning scenery and a dynamic layout, designed by Jeff House, formerly of Jack Nicklaus Design. It makes full use of the existing lake and undulating terrain. Golfers are treated to breathtaking views of the course and lake from the moment they arrive at reception. The course is over 6,000 meters long, par 70, and offers a challenging experience. It features four different tee boxes to cater to both advanced and beginner players. Wide fairways and appropriately sized greens ensure a pleasant swing for golfers of all levels. A fully equipped practice range and area are located in the center of the course, reflecting Romania's commitment to the sport.
The course is also a well-established wildlife habitat, home to over 30 bird species. In the evening, deer, hares, and foxes can be spotted around the golf course. The adjacent lake is an important carp fishing spot.
