This is a hilly course. With 14 holes involving ponds, both distance and direction demand accuracy. Iron shots must be played carefully. Drivers can be used more casually to keep the fairway, but the real battle lies in aiming irons at the green. If irons are unstable, scoring becomes impossible. In addition to bunkers and ponds, grass bunkers guard many holes, making them tricky. Moreover, the greens average 860㎡ in size, so unless the ball is placed in the right area, three-putts are frequent and scores easily disrupted.
