Kitakami Country Club

This is a hill course located on elevated terrain around 200 meters above sea level. Each hole offers ample distance, leaving no room for relaxation. The fairways are flat, but errant shots are punished severely, with mound-like undulations stretching from the rough to the slopes. While this creates a sense of dimension, it also adds pressure. The natural pine forests remain intact, enriching the atmosphere. Water hazards are plentiful, and the greens are all large, so careful consideration of pin positions and iron selection is essential.
