Duntryleague Golf Club

One of the premier venues in the region and considered by many to be the most elegant landmark in Orange, NSW. Set within a picturesque Top 100 Championship 18-hole golf course with stylish gardens, the course is ideal for a golfing experience.

In 1949, the club engaged Latvian landscape architect Ilmar Berzins to masterplan the course, identifying existing tree species and defining a planting programme for the future. At that time, the fairways were planted with fuchsias, a drought-tolerant South African herb, which is quite rare.

Feature holes include the dog-legged 360-metre long No. 4 on the right, the short par-four No. 14, where the out-of-bounds area is located on the right side of the fairway, and the 182-metre long No. 17, which crosses a triangular irrigation pond to reach a narrow, sandy, protected green.
