Mandalay Golf Course

Designed by Peter Thomson and Ross Perrett, the Mandalay Course features a links-style layout with significant elevation changes on its two short holes and on the par-4 finishing hole in the north-east corner of the course that leads to the clubhouse.

The two par threes on the front nine - the 182-metre No. 3 and the 164-metre No. 7 - are both excellent par threes, coming down a hill and then up a hill. The short par-4 No. 5 is another excellent hole in the outer half of the course, curving right from the tee to go over the top of the hill.

On the back nine, consecutive par fives at the 16th and 17th provide opportunities for birdie late in the round, followed by the 391-metre 18th, where fairway bunkers on either side of the landing area will seriously hamper your progress towards the home green if you hit one of them on your tee shot.
