Forster Tuncurry Golf Club Tuncurry Course

Designed by Kel Nagle and Mike Cooper, the course was carved out of the seaside scrubland north of Tuncurry by members. The championship layout is sure to test golfers of all standards. The tee shots are demanding and the undulating bench fairways and relatively flat putting surfaces will benefit those players who get the ball right from the tee. The course is highly rainproof and maintains good playing conditions even in prolonged wet weather; Sandy Key keeps the course in perfect playing conditions when surrounding clubs are closed for days or weeks at a time.

The course usually takes a few rounds to find its groove. Baco golfers must learn to play well in tournaments or scores can very easily be unsatisfactory. This is a natural course with an abundance of wildlife and scenery to come and play golf or enjoy a walk.
