RACV Cape Schanck Golf Course

Designed by American golf course architect Robert Trent Jones Junior, the course features impressive bunkers, tree-lined fairways and sea views from the elevated tees.

Despite the proximity of the tree-lined fairways to the coast, the nature of the course is more parkland than links. The layout is characterised by huge greens and huge open bunker complexes, with eighteen holes surrounding the scattered grounds. Highlights of a round here include consecutive par threes at the 3rd and 4th holes, a putt on the very long and narrow multi-tiered green at the dogleg left 6th hole, and fabulous ocean views from the many elevated tees on the undulating back nine.
