Lakelands Golf Club

Designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus, this extraordinary course retains all the features of his famous style and is conveniently located in the heart of the Gold Coast, just 10 minutes from Broadbeach and 15 minutes from Surfers Paradise.

The course is in excellent condition throughout, with a significant number of Nicklaus' signature bunkers strategically placed along the course. The greens are planted with Dwarf Bermuda grass, which is very well adapted to the heat and heavy traffic, so one can play year round in the hot summer temperatures.

The course can reach a staggering 7,138 yards in length, but with five tees on each hole, the handicap golfer can play a more comfortable distance. Both the front and back nines feature a classic design, with two par fives, two par threes and five par fours on each half of the course. The inner half of the course is even more daunting, with all of the par fours measuring no less than 400 yards.
