The Cut Golf Course

The Carter Golf Club and Course is less than an hour's drive south of Perth on the Golf Coast of Western Australia's Peel Region.

Holes 10 to 18 are flanked by dense native scrub, identical to many of the first nine fairways, which undulate over terrain that stretches across nine holes and is virtually the same as any other fairway in Australia.The Cut has every reason to proclaim, ‘We've just completed nature's masterpiece.’

The signature hole is the 440-yard, par-4 12th, which sits at the furthest point from the clubhouse and tees off with the tee towering above the shoreline. The fairway descends and then narrows at the landing area before turning right uphill to a raised green protected by a set of bunkers a short distance to the left - it's no exaggeration to say that this hole has been described as one of the best in the country.
