Rye Golf Club

The Old Course consists of two nine-hole loops, one to the east and one to the west of the clubhouse, unlike many old-fashioned ‘back and forth’ courses. As a result, it has an intimate feel. With a par of just 68 and a length of over 6,300 yards, it is one of the toughest courses in the UK. The only par 5 will be a revelation when you come up to it, with five short holes that are excellent, but difficult, with elusive elevated greens. The remaining twelve par fours are available for a challenge. The course is like a battlefield with so many great holes that it would be a shame to miss any of them.
