Course Introduction

This Nicklaus designed course adorns an island reclaimed from the Java Sea. A dyke wall was built around the island in order to keep the sea out. This artificial feature is hidden by wild sand dunes, and the architects have extended this sense of ‘connection’ to the course. The course is unique in Indonesia, with holes characterised by links, while others are more like traditional parkland courses.

The best links holes surround islands and offer views of the Java Sea. Pot bunkers are featured in the fairways and landing areas. Native grasses add to the challenge of leaving the fairway. The bunker complexes here are unique and add to the challenge. Par or bogey on these holes is considered good.

The course has great facilities and a friendly staff that make for a great day for Jakarta golfers. The course is highly recommended for those on a short golf break or a long golf trip to Indonesia.
