Course Introduction

Samarahan Country Club (SCC) Malaysia is located in Kuching, about 10 kilometres south of the city. The club has 18 holes of golf, comprising of a manicured ‘garden’ nine-hole course and an old swampy forest ‘jungle’ nine-hole course (once inhabited by crocodiles). One of Sarawak's premier clubs, the course's fairways are made up of fine-textured Zoysia grass with strategically placed bunkers and quaint water hazards. Unusually, both the 9th and 18th holes feature a huge double green surrounding a large water hazard.
