While the overall terrain is flat, the fairways feature some undulating changes, adding interest to the play. The holes are separated by pine trees, reducing the chances of balls going out of bounds, and on windless days, the course favors aggressive play. However, once the sea breeze picks up, the situation can become quite tricky, requiring careful selection of clubs. The sand traps are relatively deep, and the landing zones are narrow.
