The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip

THE BLUFFS Ho Tram Strip is located on the East Sea and in the town of Ho Tram, 80km southeast of Vietnam’s commercial capital, Ho Chi Minh City.
The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip, an 18 hole championship links style golf course designed by former world’s number 1 and celebrated golf course designer Greg Norman.
The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip, Golf Course is a true links course for golf purists. Located on the southern coast of Vietnam.
Ultimately, Ho Tram Strip will boast two major casinos, several large chain hotels and resorts and The Bluffs golf course. The entire site is 200 hectares, with 50 dedicated to the 18-hole links style course.
The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip was designed by legendary course designer and former world No. 1 golfer Mr. Greg Norman. Once completed in 2014 the site, the club will offer championship quality golf, a 2,300-sqm clubhouse with hospitality outlets, and a driving range with PGA golf instruction.
The course site sits perched on coastal sand dune topography with elevation changes ranging from +5m to +50m at its highest point at the top of the clubhouse. The ground surface is total sand base with limited vegetation. The golf course will be exposed to high winds and seasonal inclement weather and storms.
The main objective of The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip will be to create an atmosphere of exclusivity, luxury, prestige and anonymity for the discerning golfer.
